Where age cannot be confirmed, batjee will suspend the account pending verification and may void any transactions completed during the unverified period.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one account on batjee. Duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, batjee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void bonuses, and withhold any balance deemed to have arisen from fraudulent multi-accounting.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any deliberate provision of false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
2.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online betting and casino gaming is lawful under the laws of your province, district, or locality in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of use. batjee makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. 2.5 Employees and Associates. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of batjee are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batjee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. batjee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.2 You must not share your batjee account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you remain liable for all such activity.
3.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify batjee support immediately. batjee will investigate such reports on a reasonable-efforts basis and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
3.4 batjee uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect account data in transit and at rest. However, no platform can guarantee absolute security, and batjee does not warrant that the Platform is free from all vulnerabilities.
4.1 Accepted Methods. batjee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times are subject to change without prior notice and may differ based on your account status and verification level.
4.2 Currency. All batjee accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. batjee is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.3 Own-Name Requirement. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. batjee reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified third-party sources and to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours. batjee targets a processing time of 15 minutes to 2 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals; bank transfer withdrawals may take 2 to 24 business hours depending on the receiving institution. These are target times only and do not constitute a guarantee.
4.5 AML Compliance. batjee reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, and to report such suspicions to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the affected player.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. batjee may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as detailed in its current fee schedule, which is available on request.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on batjee are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds or bet types, time limits, and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, each eligible player may claim each batjee promotional offer once. batjee reserves the right to decline bonus requests it deems to have been made in bad faith or in an attempt to exploit promotional structures.
5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. batjee reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.
5.5 batjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on batjee are subject to acceptance at the Platform's discretion. batjee reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without being required to provide a reason.
6.2 Odds and Markets. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted constitute the contractual odds for that bet. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time and batjee accepts no responsibility for any delay between odds displayed and odds confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
6.3 Void Bets. batjee reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical malfunction, human error, or data-feed failure. Such bets will be refunded at the original stake. batjee will not honour winnings from bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
6.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a palpable error in pricing — for example, an event priced at odds that could not reasonably reflect the true probability — batjee reserves the right to void and refund affected bets regardless of whether the event has already settled.
6.5 Cricket & PSL Markets. Specific cricket betting rules, including rules governing interrupted matches (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method applications), abandoned matches, player withdrawal markets, and PSL-specific regulations, are published in the batjee Cricket Betting Rules section accessible within the sports betting lobby.
7.1 All casino and slot games on batjee operate using independently tested Random Number Generators (RNGs). batjee publishes house edges for live casino games on its batjee Casino page. batjee does not alter game outcomes based on player history, account balance, or any other individual player factor.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a casino game round before completion, the round will be voided and the stake refunded. batjee will not award winnings for incomplete game rounds attributable to a platform-side technical malfunction.
7.3 Live Dealer Rules. Live casino games on batjee are governed by the rules of each respective game as implemented by the live studio provider. In the event of a dispute between a player and a live dealer result, the studio provider's game log constitutes the authoritative record.
7.4 Crash Games. Crash game rounds are independently seeded and verifiably fair. The provably fair hash for each round is published before betting opens. batjee does not control crash multiplier outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on batjee and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batjee Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10.1 batjee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is accessible at /privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on batjee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, and responsible gaming compliance.
11.1 batjee provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account settings panel without requiring contact with customer support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period. batjee will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from registering new accounts or accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batjee's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, a player's account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
12.2 batjee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if batjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 batjee is not responsible for disruptions to the Platform caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
13.1 batjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to batjee, other players, or third parties.
13.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, batjee reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and void any pending withdrawals or bonuses. Any balance remaining in a legitimately operated account closed by batjee without cause will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
13.3 You may close your batjee account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance in a legitimately operated account will be returned within a reasonable period to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which batjee is licensed and regulated. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so entirely on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

15.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your batjee account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
